Ecclesiastical Stained Glass

Stained glass windows for churches often serve as a memorial or commemorative purpose while essentially being to the Glory of God. It may illuminate a biblical theme by imagery and symbolism.

Stained glass can also support the spiritual life through abstract qualities of line shape and colour.

Labyrinth Studios can guide you through the process of choosing images and themes as well as technical details such as the glass type; colour and lead sizes. Owing to her experience, Isobel will take into account the orientation, quality of light, existing windows and more to ensure that the new installation is complimentary to the existing building.

Having completed various ecclesiastical commissions, including the Unitarian Church, Hastings; Golford Chapel, Cranbrook and St Philip’s Church, Tunbridge Wells Isobel is also on the register of approved makers for the Diocese of Canterbury.
